RESPONSIBILITIES OF HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST

Recruitment & Employer Branding

  • Collect and consolidate recruitment needs from department heads and update the recruitment plan accordingly;
  • Manage job postings across various platforms (company website, job boards, social media, etc.) to ensure accurate, timely, and compelling job advertisements;
  • Proactively source and engage passive candidates through online channels and networking.
    Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and organizational fit;
  • Coordinate and participate in interviews and assessments alongside hiring managers;
  • Ensure a smooth recruitment process by completing all relevant procedures, paperwork, and onboarding tasks;
  • Input and maintain accurate candidate data and records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS);
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to ensure alignment with targets;
  • Explore and evaluate new sourcing channels and recruitment partners;
  • Monitor and support new hires during their probationary period and coordinate performance reviews with line managers;
  • Lead and implement employer branding initiatives across digital platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok;

Employee Relations & HR Administration

  • Administer social insurance and employee welfare programs in full compliance with local labor regulations;
  • Implement HR policies related to employee benefits and engagement;
  • Address and help resolve employee relations matters in a fair and timely manner.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must-have requirements:

  • Proficiency in English communication;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced or international environment;
  • Having good knowledge of labor laws and employment practices in the Philippines;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;

Nice-to-have requirements:

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
  • Honest, responsible, and committed to the job.

  • Hours: Monday to Saturday (9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., lunch 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.).
  • Location: GIP Main Office, 23 Zabarte Road Kaligayahan Novaliches Quezon City
